Service Description

You won't get a cookie cutter workout--you'll get a complete program based upon your assessment results and your goals. Together, we'll work on getting you out of the chronic pain and tightness you have been feeling. You'll get back to feeling comfortable and confident in your movement, empowering you to continue doing the things that you need, want, and love to do. And you will do it in a clean, supportive and fun place surrounded by an ohana dedicated to your success!

Cancellation Policy

Refunds No refunds will be issued for personal training, semi- private training, life coaching, or class packages, prepaid sessions, plans, and postpaid sessions. Cancellation Policy For personal training, semi private training, and life coaching sessions, we ask that you give 24 hour notice when rescheduling or cancelling a session to avoid being charged for the session. No refunds or credits will be issued for online/in person class packages, missed classes, or expired plans. There are no make-up class sessions, unless pre-planned and announced by the instructor.
